RV TRAILER 30’ LAYTON SKYLINE 1985 Travel Trailer

In good condition. Everything works and interior is original.. I started the floor project and only got the living room portion done. I couldn’t get the carpet I wanted to continue thru to the bathroom in the back. Surface is ready for carpet, tile, etc.. living room has large front window, manual crank, with exterior fold down/ up sunshade (shown closed in pics). Window A/C unit installed. A/C unit on the trailer blows however needs to be recharged. One in bunk room also. I don’t use them and couldn’t find a guy who’d come up here to charge them. Cooler worked well for me so I didn’t bother. Original stove and fridge, both still work very well. Slide out, hide away pantry, right of to the fridge. Very convenient and slides easily! Dinning room table and chair turns into a full size bed. Floor heater vents blow very hot and strong.. During winter making it toast in very cold weather. Bunk room located in the middle of the trailer, contains options for 2 single beds. Has sliding door to close off bathroom, and sliding vinyl curtain on the other side for privacy from living space. All interior lights work. Bathroom has half size home tub, vinyl/ plastic. Shower/Bath combo. Also a closet with interior lighting. Toilet works and storage tanks are cleaned regularly. Black and grey. For the summer I have the swamp cooler in The bathroom window to blow thru and cool down the whole place. Uses less energy than the A/C and cools it down well. I do still have the complete window and frame for that opening if wanted to put back. Not broken. Trailer has 4 new tires I had put in last year and drive approx 100miles only on. New RV/ Marine Batter (1yr old). Includes TWO 6 gallon Propane tanks. Two leveling jacks (rear). Plenty of exterior and interior storage space. Exterior Outlet for electricity. Canopy works and is easy to pull out and in, I do it alone, however it is very old and is staring to rip on one end to be perfectly straight. Dual axel. Im not sure of the dry weight, I believe maybe 3,500LBS- 4,000 LBS . I pulled it with a V-6 loaded down No problems! I have an equalizer hitch (blue ox) used for less than 100mi. Almost new! I can sell if needed. I bought this trailer from an old couple who passed and children sold it to me. It stored in an RV storage for years! I needed to down size due to Covid almost destroyed my line of work and divorce. so I bought this and moved to an RV park. I am moving, started new job and need to get closer. I cannot take this. I have been good to this trailer and kept it clean while I had it. I’m asking what I paid for it last year. I am open to offers however this is helping to fund my move so I will not accept any low ball offers. I need to move but will not sell myself short. Message me for any further question.
