I was recommended by one of my coworkers to come here so I came to AutoNation with a full purpose of getting a car. My boyfriend did not know that right when we pull up we park and we’re looking around the lot and Gill was the first person who came up to us and greeted us. He asked us what we were looking for what our plans were with our car that we currently have so forth. My boyfriend wanted a Tesla and that’s kind of something that he’s had his eyes set on. He saw white Tesla that was unfortunately sold. So Gill showed us a red Tesla that was in the back of the lot. He brought it out, so Kelly could test drive it, and I immediately knew that this was the car that Kelly was gonna buy today. After talking to Kelly about the car and showing him the car, he said yes and wanted to buy it. We had come Later in the day, so I wasn’t really expecting us to get the car that night or even close the deal that night. But Gill and his coworkers, Chris, and the other gentleman I forgot his name went to work and immediately started the process and got done so quickly We were there for about three hours, and they even gave us a rental because our car that we wanted to trade in was just no longer drivable. They had told us that the car would be ready by Friday, but they ended up dropping it to us at our apartment the next day and picked the rental up and it’s just Felt like princess royal treatment .I would 100% recommend this dealership to other people especially because their market is lower and they have really valuable cars that a lot of people want that are at a lower market price than other dealers

This was easily one of the most frustrating car-buying experiences we’ve ever had.

After saving and searching for nearly a year, we were really excited to finally find what seemed like the perfect vehicle. Instead, the whole process with AutoNation and our salesperson Isaac turned into a nightmare. We were given mixed information, pressured to put down a deposit while we were literally on vacation, and then had to wait days before the car was even ready for pickup.

The vehicle was advertised as having passed a 150-point inspection — but within the first real drive, it started showing serious problems. A quick check at AutoZone showed bad coil packs, spark plugs, EVAP leaks, and a clear coolant leak. Anyone who knows these cars knows the water pump is a common failure, so how that passed inspection is beyond me.
When we tried to return the car (well within the warranty window), we were told the return period had already expired, asked to pay for our own tow, and warned that the warranty might not even cover the issues. That’s not just poor service — that’s dishonest.

This whole experience has left us with zero trust in AutoNation. It really felt like we were being trapped with a broken car instead of being helped. For a company that talks about customer service and “certified inspections,” this was the total opposite.
We just hope sharing this helps someone else avoid going through the same mess.
