Brown sofa set . In great condition. Normal wear. From a home with a cat, but no rips/stains/tears. Sofa is a 3 seater and the chair could fit 2 people. It is called a chair and a half. Legs can unscrew for moving. You move and haul away. Owner is unable to assist in any way. Must be sold as a set. I am on the 3rd floor of a secured apartment, but there are elevators. Sofa size: 90 inches long, 36 inches deep, 36 inches high Chair size: 51 inches long, 37 inches deep, 36 inches high.
