For sale is an adjustable king size mattress base. Only the head lifts, the foot end does not rise. It is a generic and unbranded item that is most likely distributed to any store that sells mattresses so that they can advertise "free base included when you purchase a new mattress". What if you have a perfectly fine and comfortable king size mattres and want an adjustable base for it? Well, that's going to cost anywhere between $300 to well over $1000 depending on features, brands and where purchased. I realize this is a pretty basic level base since only the back lifts. It has not been used, but has been folded up and stood against the wall of our spare bedroom for almost two years. I'm asking only $200 for the item and price is always negotiable. Remember, this is not a mattress set. It's the base for a king size mattress and will replace your current box spring. You can pick it up or I can deliver to your home (Albany area only) for a small extra fee. If required, and the price is right I'll help you set it up. I'll even get rid of your old, non-adjustable box spring for a small fee. The item is quite heavy, so if delivered the buyer must arrange for someone to assist with getting it out of my truck.
