Aluminum frame lightweight, easy to tow. Large Fridge and freezer, microwave, stove and oven, roof air conditioning, heater with floor vents throughout. 12v small tv and small flat screen antenna and exterior cable hook up. All appliances work. Has plenty of storage inside and out. Dual propane tanks, dual batteries. 50 gal water tank, 40 gal gray water, 40gal black water. Full bathroom with tub and shower. Newly replaced awning fabric. Also has exterior stove and exterior shower. It has been used and does show some wear, but still overall in good shape, and kept up. Newer quality tires and spare. Comes equipped with equalizer hitch and stabilizer bar, hoses. Stocked with some dishes, silverware, some bedding, towels. Newer tires. All you need is your toothbrush and food and you are ready to go camping!!!
