This is a great compact recliner for a studio or one bedroom apartment. It is in good condition. 360 degree rotation. (Even when reclined.) It's a Rocker. It has been cleaned and deodorized. It has that material that when you wipe it one direction with your hand it gets darker and get lighter when you wipe it back the same way. In the pics it looks stained but it's clean. For some reason it comes with an instruction manual. Go figure huh!? 🙃 Measurements are .. . 3 feet tall. 2 feet 6 inches wide. And 2 feet 6 inches Front to back.
