Todd was a very nice, knowledgeable man and instilled confidence in my purchase of a 2013 Toyota Avalon hybrid. So far, I have no complaints with my purchase either. Brianna was also really sweet and patient as I dealt with my credit card companies over the phone. She even gave me a little snack from what looked like her personal stash when I mentioned being hungry in passing. They made me feel as "at home" at a car dealership as one could possibly ever feel 😅

I had a wonderful experience working with Anthony Menendez at Boardwalk Motors in Auburn Washington on 5/11/22. I purchased a 2010 Ford Transit Connect and it’s a wonderful utility vehicle that fits my lifestyle perfectly. The car was in immaculate condition and everything works perfectly. Anthony picked me up at the Seattle airport and drove me to Boardwalk Motors. He was kind, knowledgeable, and professional in his salesmanship. He made me feel confident in the car and with the dealership. I would recommend Anthony and Boardwalk Motors to anyone in the Northwest looking to purchase a car, van, or truck. I couldn’t have had a better experience!

Our salesman, Anthony was amazing answering all of our questions and treating my 86yr old father with respect. Anthony's knowledge of the autos in the lot was extensive. The paperwork  was fast and easy. We are definitely sending our friends and family here for their  used cars.

Unethical and dishonest. Do not trust this establishment. We are living in a difficult times where resources are scarce and after being frugal there is a still a struggle to make ends meet. I would hope that an establishment such as this which should serve the community that supports there business would at least provide decency and honesty in there transactions. I'm not disgruntled, in fact I've prayed for these people because from what I've experienced and read on other reviews they have to be careful when dealing in a shady way as desperate times can produce desperate people who might not handle them with grace. Simon, bless you too as you were a wolf in sheep's clothing and didn't handle yourself with integrity. I will never deal with this place again and to my fellow military veterans, be careful with these folks. I'm out thousands to fix an issue which I have been advised they were aware of.
