2000 27 ft fifth wheel. 27 ft long with a slide out. Silde out is electric. Senior owned and never lived in so everything is in really good condition. Has 2 beds so sleeps 2 to 4 Walk around queen bed up front Bathroom with shower. Lots of closet space. Slideout has a pullout sleeper sofa and room for a table and chairs ( just missing a table) Everything works. Roof top ac blows cold Fridge is propane and electric Propane stove / oven Water heater Has power cord to plug into 30 amp electric and has an adapter to plug into regular 110 volt 15 amp. 2 propane tanks Has a fresh water tank and electric pump to run off batteries The awning is removed it got damaged by wind. The roof is good condition no leaks. All 4 brand new tires purchased this month from discount tire have only 50 miles on them. Clean title $4900 obo N. Phx near Anthem I-17 and loop 303
