Wow! Such a Rare & Beautiful Vintage Mahogany Dresser, a 3-Full Drawer with 2- Top rectangular drawers, that also include a working locking ‘CORBIN’ - Made in USA - (Logo located on top of each locking mechanism) - Lock also includes a working Skeleton Key! An absolutely Fabulous find, has all original Knobs, dovetail joints and lovely ball feet.. Is in Very Good Condition, however has a very knocks throughout- as to be expected as for such an old piece.. The drawers glide with easily in and out.. the top has a lovely original guard along the back. The two top Key Drawers have a Logo/Brand of ‘CORBIN’- engraved in the Metal along the top which I have tried to show in detail amongst the many pictures.. The backside is also in great condition- but the Only marker I have found is on the middle backside- in faint black ink: ‘NO 104 MAHOGANY’ …All pieces/features are 100% Original, I have not changed anything or stained the wood in any way, Since in my possession I have only delicately cleaned & polished piece. (Before & After pictures are available if interested). There are some flaws, light scratches on the Top Side, a missing brass piece on the Left Drawer where the skeleton key also resides(however it does Not affect how the key works At All).. some slight scuffing on each of the four Ball feet, and, a chip of the wood on the Front-Left Top corner. The true Date and Maker is unknown, as there are no other markings to be found anymore, However I have been told by very reputable sources that it is Pre-1920’s. The bureau stands 36”w x 43”h x 30”d. A truly remarkable, timeless and Classic, one of a kind piece!
