Trestle base, pinned mortise and tenon joinery, corbel supports under the top rails, and ebony plugs over the chair hardware. This is real furniture, not veneer or particle board, and it is heavy and rock solid. **Dimensions** - 42 inches wide, 30 inches tall - 76 inches long without the leaves - 100 inches long with both leaves in - Two 12 inch leaves included **Chairs** Seven chairs total, upholstered in navy blue fabric. A few minor spots on some of the seats. No tears or rips. **Condition** Very good used condition. Shows light finish wear and some sun fading on the top, consistent with age. The extension slides are marked Walter of Wabash. The lower stretcher on the table base is missing one of its cross bolts. The joint still seats and the table has been solid and stable in use, but the bolt is a specialty size and is not included. The wood cap that conceals the bolts is present.
