Fairly new. I've had these couches for less than a year. In really good condition! 1 button popped off because of my dog with another about to pop off. I still have the button. Can be put back on with a German needle. Smoke free home I will clean the couches thoroughly prior to selling them Pillows included I paid $2600 for these; asking for $2000 (open to offers). They were alot bigger than I anticipated, it fits in my small apartment, but it's very crowded and I want to replace them with something smaller Pick up only, im in a 2nd floor unit
