When you buying a used car you just have to know that it might come with issues so always do your research before purchasing and have the car checked out by a mechanic. The staff here was really straightforward and I thought that the prices were fair. Make sure that you ask for Alberto he’s an amazing salesman and worked with me to find something in my budget.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I just purchased a car from these people and was told that it needed a new muffler and that the AC needed a minor fix. I don't know what they consider minor, but it cost me $4,574 for all of the repairs that the car actually needed!
The repairs were made by a company that has been servicing my vehicles for years and I know them to be trustworthy.
Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Don't make the same mistake that I did!

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership a couple weeks ago and was very pleased with the deal I received and the quality of the car. Shortly after the purchase, I encountered an issue with the air conditioning system. I brought the car back for inspection, and while the initial repair attempts were unsuccessful, the dealership remained committed to resolving the issue.

Eric, the salesperson I worked with, was especially helpful and reassuring throughout the process. He emphasized the dealership’s dedication to customer satisfaction and encouraged me to bring the vehicle back in. Ultimately, the entire AC system was replaced, and it is now functioning perfectly.

The level of service I received was exceptional—well beyond what is typically expected when purchasing a used vehicle. Overall, my experience was very positive, and I truly appreciated the effort they put into ensuring everything was right. I highly recommend this dealership, and I encourage anyone in the market for a vehicle to speak with Eric. He was honest, helpful, and made sure I found the right car at a fair price.

Do not buy from this dealership. I purchased a used vehicle that was described as being in “good condition.” Within the first week, the transmission started slipping, and shortly after, I received a transmission failure warning. That’s not a minor issue—it’s a major, expensive repair that clearly didn’t just develop overnight.

I went back to the dealership expecting some level of accountability or basic customer service. Instead, they told me it was sold “as-is” and refused to help in any way. But “as-is” doesn’t mean you can mislead someone or fail to disclose serious mechanical issues.

Either they didn’t inspect the car properly, or they knew there was a problem and sold it anyway. Neither is acceptable.

I’ve filed complaints with the Florida Attorney General and the FLHSMV. I’m warning others to avoid this place—once they get your money, they’re done with you.

** UPDATE*** If the car was thoroughly checked and inspected as claimed, a fuel issue would have been detected. How could my mechanic have been expected to anticipate that adding fuel would prevent the vehicle from starting(First issue) Furthermore, when it comes to transmissions, a simple test drive is insufficient to reveal potential issues, requiring instead a thorough driving assessment. The alternative vehicle offered was twice the price of the original, which is unaffordable for me as I spent my last resources on this purchase and do not have an additional $7,000. I request transparency and integrity in your business practices.

**UPDATE 2** They unplugged the check engine light from behind the dash. So there would be no way to see if anything is wrong with the vehicle. PLEASE DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!
