2002 Hyundai Accent

Selling my 2002 Hyundai Accent. O just changed the oil and put a new filter in, and added Lucas Non Slip additive in it. I purchased it last year, had a full inspection done, and addressed every issue that came up. Since then I’ve put about $4000 into it, including: Replaced wheel bearings and axle New tires + alignment Replaced timing belt & serpentine belt Regular oil changes (all service records available) Unfortunately, after my friend took it to Grease Monkey and they flushed the transmission fluid (which you shouldn't do on older cars all at once), the transmission started acting up. It recently threw two codes (transmission control module + gear-related). The car still runs, but the transmission will need to be replaced or rebuilt. Besides the transmission, the car is in good condition. Engine is solid, suspension and tires are good, and it’s otherwise mechanically sound. This could be a great project for someone with the ability to swap the transmission, or to part out. I also have a contact that will ship me a $800 transmission block with a 3 mo warranty Price: $1000 OBO That’s already less than what I paid and far below what I’ve put into it.
