Great foundation already gutted is being used for storage at the moment and need it gone was asking 4,000 but will take 2500 once it's emptied it's very descent don't have time to empty just to take pictures so I apologize for that visual on another note if u are someone who is interested in renovating these types of things the hard part is done !just a few more removals and ur on to the next step so saves u time and labor .the ceiling and walls are actually pretty good the guy that started the gutting brought somebody with him that didn't quite understand his duties so it got torn up for nothing really but easily replaceable.I paid 6500 planned to renovate but then life happened and now it's just being used for well u see yeah so hit me up lmk.
