*UPDATE* My experience with this dealership began with significant challenges involving confusing paperwork, communication issues, and a major dispute over the final loan balance.
However, after escalating the matter, the management team ultimately honored a settlement agreement that put an end to the confusion. I was able to purchase the vehicle for the final agreed-upon amount of $500, and the process of getting the title released to me yesterday was quick and straightforward.
While the original sales and loan process was highly frustrating, I am satisfied that the dealership was able to finalize the settlement terms without further complication. This review reflects the successful resolution of the dispute, not the initial sales experience.

The family of Bahia Auto Sales were so WONDERFUL to me that I'm not sure I can put it in words! I had been searching for a vehicle for over 2 months after being hit from behind on the freeway. A friend was super gracious and felt led to help me out with half the cost. We went to Bahia looking for a specific vehicle that wasn't on the lot because they had been kind to another customer and had lent it out. We were shown another one that was out of our price range but the owner over the phone said he would sell it lower, but it was still over the amount we had on hand. We checked it out anyway and found a couple things wrong. They said they would have it fixed, still for the same price. After a test drive, the owner showed up and had a conversation with my friend and her husband. When he heard they were helping me because of my struggles, he decided he wanted to do the same. He brought the price down again AND helped me get a great warranty!!! The family of Bahia were Super Nice, Considerate, and Amazing with all they did to help me get an Awesome vehicle I never thought I could afford!!! Out of all the vehicles I looked at, this was the cleanest and nicest looking one I saw on all the used lots. They take pride in the appearance of the vehicles they sell.

We went here to upgrade my husband's 2006 vehicle before it became a money pit. We already bought my vehicle here a year and a half ago. They have very fair and reasonable prices and they are upfront about the pricing. Getting financed and everything is very easy. Juan knows what he's doing. They give fair trade in value also. This is a family owned business and I recommend them to anyone in the market for a used car. Great people. Trustworthy. Good, sound vehicles. No lemons. If you spot an issue they will fix it. Can't say enough of how great our experiences have been buying from Bahia.
