I would just find another dealership .. Got a Lexus from here that broke down two weeks later , called the dealership and at first they was helpful until they wasn’t .. if you get a car from here go get a diagnostics on the vehicle before you pay your first payment ! That’s what I did and now they had to buy it back !!! When the repair on your car cost more than the vehicle or it takes more than 30days for them to fix your lemon ITS A LEMON in the state of mn I had to TEACH CAR DEALERSHIP what it actually was because over and over DAVID SWORE I WAS LYING. He INSISTED I was on the hook for the loan “ the bank is lying to you” . Well that same man DAVID had to call me and tell me the loan was removed from my husbands name ( after about 3 months )DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE PLAY IN YOUR FACE PLAY BACK !  . The sweet talking only last so long & only works on a selective few .

Took my Ford F150 pick up, which looks like a pig pen inside and now it looks absolutely fantastic. They did a terrific job detailing the inside. They also cleaned up the outside which I hadn’t asked for terrific business to deal with.

i purchased a vehicle from house of cars in elk river MN on Feb 14th the sales person and bank approved me that day. The bank asked if I was in possession of the vehicle I had said yes the bank said ok congratulations on your new 2019 Chevy traverse I signed paper work and put down 2500 left the lot with the vehicle 4 days later the dealer ship told me the bank denied my loan and that I needed another 1500 down to keep my car loan so I sent it in.  They then called me again and said we needed to redo all the paperwork over again in order for the bank to accept my loan I was giving two different payment dates on my first loan paper work my payment was due the 16th of every month. After the dealer ship sent me paper work via email to sign no paperwork they failed to inform me of a new payment date and instead switched it to the 5th of every month by this time Iwas confused and didn't make any payment as the bank wouldn't work with me and said they had to part of the payment dates and everything went through the dealer ship.  I purchased the vehicle Feb 14th 4,000 down two different paperwork agreements they came and got the vehicle may 2nd for late payment because the payment was due either the 5th or 16th of April I also didn't pay due to taxes being put unto my car loan but state taxes and titling doesn't apply to me due to living on a reservation in Minnesota  is any of this legal im being threatened with a repossession on my record worst car buying experience i ever had not even 90 days with the vehicle and the man that came to take it found me and tracked me at my local Walmart very rude hostile and scary. Ptsd from the whole ordeal please look over all the fine print when purchasing from this dealer ship. Im currently meeting a few lawyers because I know somewhere in this mess my rights weren't taking seriously and the harassment from David was very unprofessional it all was a very upsetting deal from the beginning.
