Selling our Step2 outdoor kids playset/ playhouse. Asking $175 or best offer. The playset is in fair used condition. Structurally it is still in good shape and has plenty of life left, but it has been kept outdoors and is very dirty and will need a thorough cleaning. There is normal outdoor wear, fading/discoloration, dirt, and signs of use throughout. Please look through all photos carefully for the current condition. Includes: * Large canopy/roof * Play kitchen area with sink, grill/stove and accessories * Water/sand activity station * Built-in bench/table area * Double opening doors * Various play food/kitchen accessories shown in the photos Everything is being sold as pictured and as-is. I have not deep-cleaned it prior to listing, which is reflected in the price. $175 OBO Pickup only. Buyer will need to be able to transport it. All sales final - sold as-is with no returns.
