Reverse Hyperextension Bench!

How's you posterior chain doing? Yeah, I thought so. How about a reverse hyper bench, a la, Louie Simons of Westside Barbell fame? You've been wanting one for a long time right? Ok, here's your chance to add it to your personal gym. You'll decompress your spine, strengthen your glutes and hamstrings with one movement. Your squat will rocket to the next level and so will your deadlift! If you do crossfit or powerlifting you know the value of this exercise. This is a COMMERCIAL strength model. It uses Olympic sized weights. There are no weight plates included. You will need to have two friends to help lift it into your vehicle, unless two of you are VERY strong.
