This is a great vintage clothing rack on wheels. One wheel. It’s still standing up but it’s only half there. The lower side is missing the bars that can raise it and Laurie. Those are easy to find at a resale or retail. Or you can use it the way we did and just sit it in place and put T-shirts with skirts or kid clothing on there. You can use all three sides or just one or two sides.
