We are selling our beautiful fifth wheel toy hauler. We are the second owner of this trailer. If you are looking for a trailer to live in full-time or a trailer to travel in luxury this fits the bill. Some of the key features include 2 bathrooms, a master bedroom with a residential mattress. The master bath has a full size walk in shower and the second bath is a half bath. Both have full height porcelain toilets. The kitchen includes a built in microwave with a convection setting, gas range and oven, a dual basin sink, a full size residential side-by-side fridge. Lots of cabinet storage and beautiful countertops. The living room features an electric fireplace, a large recliner sofa that has heated and massage functions. The TV in the living room is tied into the sound system that can broadcast through out the trailer or outside. The 2 bed loft is accessible from the living room. The fold out porch is accessible from the living room as well. There is an exterior TV mounted on the wall at the porch. In the garage area of the trailer has 2 queen sized beds. The lower bed converts to a dinette and both can be raised out of the way for loading your toys into the garage. The washer and dryer hookups are in the garage. There is also a place to mount a TV in the garage. The ramp can also be set up as a second porch. Both slides are operated hydraulically as are the leveling jacks. These are much better than the electrical jacks. The triple axles make it tow extremely smooth. It has a 5500 watt generator with less than 300 hours in the generator. The generator runs on gas, not propane. I have only run it on ethanol free gas. It also has a second tank to fill up your toys. It has a new set of batteries. The trailer has 3 air conditioners, one of which is also a heat pump which is ducted throughout the trailer. A cental vacuum system makes cleaning the trailer a snap. The trailer is located in Washington. The price includes delivery to SoCal. The trailer is currently in storage. I will get exterior pictures later this week when I get it out of storage.
