They say that but honestly don't believe it. I was recently looking for a vehicle and was told this company takes everyone. Long story short (If I need to I'll go deeper) but being asked if I'm a drug dealer or if I could just have someone else buy the car and put me on insurance. Even though I had 1000$ down and a cosigner. 4 days of nothing and going between 3 different sales people. They do not care about you. Stay away. "EDIT" I knew the owner would be petty and try to say something. So along the lines of ohh my job I didn't have a good enough job. I do doordash and instantly got approved at another location. Don't trust them!! STAY AWAY!!!

After a couple weeks trying to get a truck on CL and FB, I saw my mid-life crisis truck on their lot. Being a guy who likes the smell of gasoline and grease, I saw it needed some serious work. I did half of it myself and let the pros do the more intense things, just part of the deal when buying a used vehicle. Larry was very straightforward and a pleasure to work with. This being the first time I'd bought off a used car lot, I have to say the whole experience was pain-free, efficient, and now I have the ride which slipped from my hands years ago.

I have bought about a dozen vehicles in my life. All from new car dealerships and I have never been treated with the professionalism and respect that I received from Brian and his team at Bickmore Auto Sales. I called a couple days ago to ask about the truck I wanted to buy and started working with Kent, who went over the Carfax with me then went out in the rain and cold to send me pictures of it.

I got busy over the next couple days and didn't have a chance to make it in, and Kent was so polite and friendly in following up with me. When I finally made it in to look at the truck a couple days later, Kent was on vacation so Larry and Brian helped me with the purchase. I got a great deal, I absolutely love the truck and what I appreciated the most was the complete lack of high pressure sales tactics I've grown accustomed to expect from car dealers. 10/10 will be recommending Bickmore to anyone I know looking for a good deal on a good car or truck.

I was having such a difficult time finding the perfect car for me until I got in contact with Bickmore! Every employee & even their finance manager went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and a peace of mind to go with it!
