Tilt is smooth All quick release works as intended The all the side/arm rest are in good condition the one by the waist and shoulders had socks over for added padding. The socks can be removed. last pic has one sock removed. There are a few bolts and rivets that are rusted. The leg rest had a wooden platform added to accommodate a shorter individual. These blocks are bolted down and can be removed. They will be left in place unless requested you remove. See 2nd from last pic. The right side of the back rest next to the right shoulder rest , the outer layer plastic is cracked and torn off. See last pic.
