I bought a 2014 Honda Odyssey from this organization. Wouldn’t call them a dealership due to the shadiness of their practices. When I bought the van, I asked them about a code that was popping up on the reader. They claimed that it was from prior work they done on it, and had not cleared out yet.

The issue with the van was something that was INSIDE the motor. So nothing you could just see from the naked eye, or something you would even suspect.

All kind of dash lights came up within a few weeks of having the van. I took it to them. They claimed they fixed it. They did not. They changed a spark plug, not fix the actual problem.

So not only did they sell me a vehicle that was not of good quality. They also made making payments a hassle.

Originally, they said I could pay online. That was never even an option. Then they said I could pay over the phone. Which then they tried to stop. They requested money orders that would get lost. & it was a 5 hour round trip to even get to the location. I was not driving that to make a payment due to them constantly changing “policy”.

I finally went to an actual dealership and got the best vehicle option for me. & told them to come get their van.

I - 10/10 would never recommend this to anyone.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff and management at Acceptance Auto Sales. They went above and beyond to help me pay off my car for the first time in my life, and I am so grateful for their support every step of the way.

When something broke, they didn’t charge me any fees and even came to my house to help me—who does that these days? Their dedication and genuine care for their customers are unmatched. I was able to pay off my car and received my title in just two years. This experience has been amazing, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. This car lot is false advertisement. I went to purchase a vehicle and it’s no way the amounts I was being told was the worth on the cars. 2014 over 100k miles for over 10k is outrageous. A 09’ over 169k wanted 11k. 🤦🏾‍♀️
