VTG Vintage 1970 Solid Wood Elephant

Beautiful craftsmanship. Nice, round and realistic looking elephant. Weighs 7.2 pounds! Has serial number on bottom that reads "S 10-70. Design and characteristics are similar to mid-century or older pieces available. Missing one tusk, not sure what material the tusk is but it's the same material as the nails and eyes. Has a surface crack along one ear and top of shoulder on one side, as shown in pictures. Please see all pictures in full size. Those are the only two negatives to the piece. It's a very rare collectible piece for any animal or elephant lover and would make a great decor addition to any home or office. Under lighting it favors more the pictures that have flash, the wood is very nice and naturally detailed. Feel free to ask any questions.
