This oversized Sofa, Chair and Ottoman set is in great condition structurally. Very soft and comfortable. Unfortunately, the faux leather has been peeling off for a while now, as shown in photos, which is why we have the furniture wrapped in coverings. Coverings are removable and washable, and different color options are available on Amazon if interested. The only damage is the peeling faux leather. No rips or tears in the material underneath the faux leather. Perfect for someone that knows how to refurbish sofas/chairs, or someone that doesn't mind furniture coverings as a trade-off for a comfortable sofa/chair. Sofa is 92" long from ends of arm rests. Seat cushions are each 24" wide (x3 cushions). Chair is 46" wide from end of arm rests. Seat cushion is 26" wide. Make an offer! Sold as-is. Originally purchased from Ashley furniture.
