Don’t be fooled… these guys have the ethics of the stereotypical used car salesman.  Nine months ago, we bought a 4-year-old van with less than 100k miles. It recently blew the engine, we understand that can happen… but when we were looking to replace the engine, two independent repair shops warned us that the frame was not structurally sound and that we shouldn’t invest any $$$ in the van, as it wasn’t worth it.  When we told Planet Automotive about the condition of the van they immediately said the van was in good shape and that they would replace the engine with a new one (and split the cost).  At first, that sounded pretty reasonable, until you think, we spent over $20,000 on a van 9 months ago and they basically offered a $3,000 trade-in… because it’s not worth more.  We have bought 6 vans from these guys in the past 1-1/2 years (totaling more than $135000)… if they are willing to do this to us (a great repeat customer), then think of how they must be willing to treat you!  Stay away… they are not trustworthy.

We had the best experience with our car purchase and I would be ready to trade my car with them in the future. They are committed and genuine.
