Each seat individually reclines including to a nearly flat position. Each seat automatically adjusts recline when sat in to be comfortable to whoever sits in it. Tension can be adjusted. Loveseat is in like new condition, it’s barely been sat in. Sofa is in really good condition except for the right-hand seat which was used the most. The seat foam is more worn in this seat and there is a small hole in the seat and a couple scratches on the arm (details shown in photos). We usually keep a tray on this seat for convenience anyway and it’s not an issue when someone wants to use it. Overall this set looks very classy and nice.
