This is a unique and fully functioning piece of cycling and exercise machine history! I have owned this for years and would take it around miles-square park almost daily when I lived closer. It is basically a rowing machine that you ride. It is a great workout, moves easily, and smoothly. It has 3 speed gearing to make the difficulty level easier or harder! You will not find another one of these anywhere. All of the parts are basic bicycle parts if anything ever needs to be replaced. $250 is a steal. I get thumbs up and looks every time I take this out!
