Just recently purchased a car from here and so far I am in love with it! Super easy process and also quick. Ms. Briana was incredibly helpful and allowed me to test drive and look at a few vehicles. Inventory is also great! 5 Star rating from me!!!

The entire process was professional. The staff is great. Bianca sold me the coolest car, I've ever had. TYVVVM! :- )

Overall a good experience. The layout of the property is a little confusing if you have never been here but it's not a big issue. Every vehicle on display was clean and looked nice, including the one I purchased back in May. Everyone who works here is nice and willing to make your car buying experience easy. Something I will add: make sure the oil filter on any car you wish to purchase here is able to be taken off. When I went to change the oil in the vehicle I purchased here it was on tighter than anything I've seen before and took many hours and different methods to get it off. Other than that, no major issues with the vehicle. If you're looking for a used vehicle, add this place to your radar.

Absolute worst car buying experience. Dealer did nothing right took 4.5 months to get my plates and I had to do the leg work. Then they reversed payments posted on my own financed loan they messed up sending the registration payments to, which is now going to affect my credit as a late payment. All due to their mistake of not knowing how to process paperwork after purchasing the vehicle. I would avoid at all costs. Their plenty of other dealers in the area that sell auction purchased cars that probably know how to file paperwork correctly so you can avoid the stress and issues they will cause you.

Am sharing my experience to warn others about purchasing from key auto.
I recently purchased a car at this dealership in late November the problems started to happened around after Christmas. The car did not start what’s so ever. I had took it to a mechanic to get it diagnosed and it took them 3 weeks to find out what was causing the car not to start.
From the techs report “wire has failed between fuse block and ECM supplying signal to fuel pump to start car”. The techs also stated how the wire was rewired, meaning it wasn’t done properly and the car could be defected.
This problem alone has costed me a lot and for them to claim they inspect all cars before they sell is FALSE . If your going to ever address an issue with this dealership there’s not much they can help but to sell you a car.

Overall the experience with the car and dealership is upsetting. As someone who is a first time buyer shouldn’t have been more patient and purchase a car where it’s more reliable.
