This console is running firmware 11.00 which is vulnerable to an exploit called PPPwn which allows you to jailbreak your console. This is a tethered jailbreak meaning you have to re-jailbreak after a reboot. The home brew that is currently installed will NOT be usable until you run the PPPwn exploit.
