1994 Lexus SC 400 believe it has ECU problem problem I replaced it the first one I had rebuilt and they did it shitty job got my money back. Second one I bought supposedly was rebuilt with sticker. Ran perfect. Had some other things to do got that stuff done went to go drive. It started ran rough and died. now has no fire at all has no power to ECU fuse under dash but cannot find any bad fuses. so as is ,ran strong, very very strong automatic. It’s a 94 so is ob1 code tester says cannot connect with ECU Hi dollar rims not interested in low bids serious inquiries only clear title in my name
