1993 Gibson Starburst Standard Acoustic Guitar

Super cool Gibson Starburst Standard from 1993 in sunburst flame finish. This thing oozes cool! Based on the J185 mini jumbo body. Brought into being by the legendary Ren Ferguson and favored by Jorma Kaukonen. This guitar is all flame maple: top, back and sides. Only in production for 3 years because PRS bought out all the flame maple stock, leaving Gibson (and everybody else) high and dry. This guitar plays great, sounds great and looks stellar (see what I did there?). Covered in stars... Awesome. Comes with factory installed pickup and preamp in good working order. This guitar has been played and is in player's condition. The finish is worn and hazy but there are no big scratches or other damage. Comes with factory case in good used condition. Full disclosure: this guitar was owned by a smoker and has lingering cigarette odor. It is faint, but present. This is a rare guitar that is only getting rarer.
