Bought a mini with a missing A-pillar trim in Mar 2025. They promised to fix the pillar trim if we pay them 300 extra (150 for the part and 150 for labor)and so we did. They ended up not replying messages til this day and I had to order the part and fix it myself. Avoid this dealership at all cost.

I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Ivan is highly recommended he had so much patience with us and that just shows you he loves his job .
