This is a large, sofa with a chaise on the side. Material is microfiber so easy to keep clean. It’s got a lot of wear and tear from pets and years of use, but still very comfortable. There are major cat scratches on one end from our cat thinking it’s a scratching post, and a few tiny rips in the fabric, but overall still great couch if you’re on a budget. Please see pictures for all the scratches to make sure you’re ok with it. Dimensions are 10’ wide by 7’ deep. No delivery available, must pickup in Pacific Beach this Thursday - Saturday.
