Description

This is a beautiful armoire from the 19th century. The only history I have on it was that it was purchased in 1982 from a shop in Seattle for $1,200. It has a marking of "1817" on the bottom. Everything is hand saw. Tongue and groove and laminated with 1/4 inch birds eye maple. The entire armoire is held together by 2 hand forged lag bolts and is very well built. This is an amazing piece that deserves to be displayed. Similar pieces are going for 5,000 and up on eBay. I just need it gone.
