Still has a structural warranty until May of 2023. Propane tanks just refilled on 6/6/2022. Has a full bathroom, 2 full beds(bunk beds), a queen Murphy bed over the sofa, and the table folds down as well to a bed. There is a fridge, stove and microwave in the kitchen. The unit has blue tooth, and is set up for camera capabilities as well as solar and wifi. It offers an outside shower for pets or to rinse the sand off after a fun day at the beach. There is a t.v, radio and L.E.D. lights on the inside as well as on the outside under the awning. The 1 storage compartment also has a mini fridge in it. This is a great family travel trailer that sleeps up to 8. It fit my family of 6 very comfortably.
