This sofa is in fantastic shape minus a few small scratches. It was purchased at American furniture Warehouse 2 years ago and has hardly any usage. It has been mostly in a storage unit. Previously it was in a clean non-smoking house. This reclining couch also includes a $150 battery so that you can take advantage of the reclining features without it being plugged into the wall. This is a quality piece of furniture and it is also very heavy considering it has recliner motorization inside. It is currently stored in a storage facility on 64th ave and Bell.
