The couch and the armchair are both in amazing condition both very supportive and comfortable.the leather on both are in great condition very supple and smooth. Both of these pieces would look amazing in any room they're set in whether living room, office or would even look great in a cigar lounge. Their is nothing wrong with either of these and if I had the room I'd keep them but I just downsized recently and I no longer have the room for them but they are amazing pieces with a classic timeless look !
