2 Evergreen-Washelli cemetery plots

My grandmother purchased 2 plots for my mom and dad's future graves back in the early 60's but they moved to Moses Lake and both chose to be buried there. This location is a nice peaceful location with beautiful trees in background of graves. The cemetery sells these for almost 6000.00 each grave, but we are asking 4500. 00 EACH grave 8800.00 for the pair. Buyer pays transfer fee of 100.00. Let me know if you have any questions. Of all the cemeteries we have visited, Evergreen /Walshelli is one of for cemeteries with consistent maintenance of lawns, graves and mauseliums. The staff is caring, kind and helpful. All of our family on my dads side are buried there. Graves are near a walking/biking trail which might be a nice feature if person needing grave loved these two activities. 😊
