I had a terrible experience with Tom. He sold me a vehicle that looked clean on the outside and in the engine and drove well when I test drove it and for the first two weeks . But come to find out and it has a blown head gasket cylinder issues, exhaust issues you name it. I’ve spent almost what I paid for the vehicle and repairs And the vehicle still sits in my garage and I pay for it monthly. In the beginning, I asked him to take back to the deal he would not. Maybe others got lucky with Tom. My mechanic told me someone poured gasket sealer in the engine to cover up the blown head gasket. Be careful! His Warranty will not cover any of that either I went over with it with him before I bought the vehicle.

Tom is a no nonsense, no pressure, professional salesman. He said he would send one credit inquiry, and that's just what he did to get me into my new to Toyota. I highly recommend him.

I cannot say enough about my buying experience at Fairlane Car Co.  Every one of their vehicles for sale were of high quality and condition. All the sale vehicles are stored indoors, in a clean, heated, and well-lit shop. This allowed me to visually inspect the vehicle and test the air conditioning even though it was snowing and 20 degrees outside. Tom provided the Carfax with information on the previous owners and the maintenance records. He provided a picture of the bottom side of the vehicle so I didn’t have to lay on the floor to check for rust and damage. The price was very reasonable compared to other vehicles for sale at the time. I highly recommend Tom and Fairlane Car Co. to anyone in the market for a used car or truck.
