I recently had the pleasure of working with Evan, my sales consultant, and Mike, his manager, at Right Toyota in Scottsdale—and I can honestly say this was one of the smoothest, most enjoyable car-buying experiences I’ve ever had.

From the moment I walked in, Evan greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism. He wasn’t just knowledgeable—he was patient, attentive, and truly listened to what I needed. From original correspondence via email to coming into the dealership and getting my new Tacoma the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Jacob Mautner was who I worked with primarily and he was extremely transparent and friendly. At no point did I feel pressured to make a decision or be put into buying that was not mutually beneficial. They worked with me and we came to a price we were both comfortable with. My past experiences with dealerships were nothing short of traumatizing and Right Toyota made the car buying process fun, efficient, and overall enjoyable; something I’d never thought I would say. I also worked with Ken in finance who was also extremely pleasant to work with. Moving forward I will most likely never go to another dealership again unless it is Right Toyota. I’m honestly impressed and cannot recommend this place enough.
