Have had this for 1.5 years and it’s starting to not cool as strong. I’m incredibly incompetent with AC things, so I won’t be putting in the effort to make it perform better. I love this unit so much and ordered an exact replacement. Since it is not performing as great as day 1, I’m selling it heavily discounted. If it’s broken, the price is still good for parts. If it’s fixable, my laziness is getting you an incredible unit at a fraction of the original price lol. **The ac compressor is still turning on! There is no weird sound or funky smell. No condensation buildup. My thermostat has read 65ish the last week while running this. It just doesn’t “feel” as cold as it used to and my fiancée loves our home being an icicle.** The remote and app both work perfectly. I have the original box! Pickup is in Bellevue/Redmond overlake area. I MAY be able to deliver it for an extra few bucks (my car is tiny lol).
