One time I got service accomplished I was very satisfied. Made an appointment for the following morning & drop the truck off around 4pm. Already scheduled & approved. Surprisingly the service was completed that evening and I was able to get my truck before 6pm.  So, it is time for another service. Make the same arrangements. This time I am greeted by no one & my truck is the only vehicle in the pull through. 25 minutes later, I am asked if I've been helped. I get the truck back, the next day.  Later that week I notice oil stains on my parking spot.  So, I return to get this issue resolved.  Service manager speaks to me as if I am suspect (understandable, Vegas is full of scammer) and says they will figure it out and it might take an hour or 2 to get on a lift.  I can see an empty lift, btw.  The result was that the technician did not clean the cross member.  So, poor maintenance practice, poor customer service, I spent my time for an unnecessary return trip, and I get spoken to like I am trying to hustle.  My truck cost a lot of money.  I have many warranties. I am going to document and complete future scheduled maintenance myself.  If you want something done right, don't get it done in Las Vegas!  Oh yeah,  they have a cardboard poorly  hand written sign.  Do better 'new ownership'.

Had my 2024 Dodge Ram 1500 serviced today, booked appointment on line for the services I wanted to have performed. When I arrive at the service center first thing they try to sell me a service for 20k miles my truck only has 13k miles on it. I wanted an oil change, oil filter, engine air filter, tire rotation and cabin air filter, noted all this online when booking the appointment. Was asked if I would like them to wash the truck when the service was complete and I said yes of course it’s included in the price. So I have the service completed get my truck back, two tires are inflated to 38 psi and two are at 36psi. Truck was not washed, windows were still dirty and the bed of the truck still had the same little debris it had when I took to the shop. Here is the best part of the service $368.00 for what I had done. Don’t mind paying for good service but I feel I did not get good service for the money I paid I could have went to tire works and gotten better service, cheaper.

Just bought a Ram 1500 Laramie from Prestige and it was a great experience. Roger (our salesman) was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, helpful and made sure the experience was smooth. We will definitely be buying our next vehicle here as well.

I brought my 2019 Jeep Wrangler to this dealership for a $3,700 head gasket repair under warranty. When I originally dropped it off, the only issue was a check engine light — the Jeep was not leaking coolant or oil at all.

After nearly three weeks in their shop, I got it back and immediately noticed coolant and oil leaks. They admitted the coolant leak was due to a loose hose they forgot to clamp properly — a careless mistake after such a major job.

They then claimed the oil leak wasn’t their fault and charged me another $1200 to replace the valve cover gasket  — even though that leak only appeared after their engine work.

Now, after paying $4,900 total, the Jeep is still leaking oil!! Unbelievable

This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I was without my vehicle for over a month and a half, had to fight just to get the basics covered, and I’m still left with unresolved issues.

The vehicle had no leaks before they touched it, and now I’m chasing the fallout of a job that clearly wasn’t done right. I expected more from a dealership — especially when warranty work and customer trust are involved. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE!
