Brian, Cesar, & Gabriela were the absolute best in helping my fiance and I pick out a car. We expected a typical "bad" experience where dealers use the same sales tactics that don't work anymore with smart shoppers..

I went in last Spring and drove out with a 2012 F-150 Lariat EcoBoost. $1500.00 is what I had to put down. Jorge was our Salesman and he talked the truck up big time. "Great warranty, great vehicle, no issues whatsoever," you know, the usual salesman jargon. Took the truck on a test drive and all looked good. Mind you, test drives are not long. Once I took the vehicle home, I was so happy with it....until the 2rd day that I had it. This is when the problems began...the check engine light came on, the back-up camera wouldnt turn on, the back window wouldn't stay locked making it easy for someone to break in, and the key fob stopped working as well. How does this even happen!? I called Jorge and he never responded to any of my calls or messages. I had to go back in person since I was not getting any messages or call backs and Jorge looked shocked to see me. Now, this is the FIRST time I had to leave my truck to "get fixed". The first of MANY times. They glued the window shut, and "fixed" the backup camera and we were told that they would "fix the key fob issue." That never happened. Still to this day. I had to pay almost $200.00 for that first "fix". The second time I had to take it in was a week later. The window that was glued, came unglued and we had rain. So now the interior has gotten wet. I also let them know that There was oil leaking under the radiator where the intercooler is. They sprayed it off with brake cleaner and said it was nothing. I saw it was leaking again and tried cleaning it myself. I told them again, nothing was done about the issue. I called and the Manager there (I forgot his name) took my call because once again, Jorge was nowhere to be found... the Manager started arguing with me and was upset that I was having more issues. So there goes the 2nd time my truck had to stay at the shop. And another 160.00. Instead of buying a new window, they put in a used, obviously older window that STILL leaked when it rained. I was away from my vehicle for well over a week AGAIN. The 3rd time I had to take it in was another week later when my window was leaking when it rained and there was even more leakage under the radiator. They fixed the O2 sensor and said I shouldnt have anymore issues with it.. There I go again without a vehicle for over another week and more money I had to pay.... I get my truck back finally and I have less than a quarter of gas in. Mind you, I left it with a full tank. Then the mechanic (Whom I won't name) slips up and says that they were using my truck for deliveries (tires), when I asked about my gas. There was still a used tire in the bed of the truck when I went to the shop!!!  Oh, let's not forget the fuel pump going out and leaving me stranded on the highway in early morning traffic. There goes another 150.00. Im without my truck for about two more weeks and once I get it back, 2 days later it leaves me stranded again. Let's ALSO not mention the 4 other times that it left me stranded... and there goes another 100-200 dollars each time. Currently, my truck.is in the shop AGAIN and I was told that the intercooler is cracked, leaking, but it's been leaking since I bought it. Mind you, i mentioned this issue the first time I took it in and my concern was ignored. Now...they have my truck again and are saying that I need to pay 650.00 for a new intercooler that they said was "fixed". The O2 sensor is "bad again", go figure and I have been without my truck now for almost a month. My truck has been in the shop more than what I've actually been able to drive it. And it's a shame because I love that truck and they all seemed legit when I went in and made the purchase. So...in case you are wondering why I left such a detailed review, it's to let everyone know what kind of issues I have been having and what kind of dealership this is. I haven't even had this vehicle for a year. So no... don't consider this dealership an option when looking for a vehicle. Save yourselves the headache, worry and money and look elsewhere.
