2003 Ford 4.6 4v heads, covers, manifolds 4v kit. Turn your 2v 4.6 into a 4v this is everything you need to turn your 2v into a 4v. These heads have been re-surfaced with a fresh valve job from A1 cylinder head out of Jurupa Riverside and lapped. A1 is a great shop and use them all the time. Heads have been mild port job with JBA shorty headers with 98 cams. 98 cams have the best lift and duration. I have a new 160amp alternator and new water pump. Timing cover, new chains, guilds and oil chain tensioners. Upper and lower intake manifold with accessories with stock TB. fuel rail and new 30lbs injectors. New spark plugs. Will negotiate
