For sale is a Genuine Mercedes Benz Bluetooth "puck with tail" in perfect working condition—part number B(contact info removed)5. This part is very rare, and at last check, this is the only one available for purchase internationally.  This device is compatible with the 2003-2004 Mercedes Benz w211 E Class, CL500, S500. This statement is accurate to the best of my knowledge as I have spent many hours researching this device, but please independently ensure that this puck will work in your car before purchasing, as all sales are final. I make no representation or warranty that this will work in your vehicle.    This Motorola Bluetooth puck will allow you to receive Bluetooth phone calls (no music) through your factory head unit. Installation is straightforward, and depending on your car, it will likely be a plug-and-play solution to receiving and making calls via Bluetooth in your vehicle with no further modifications. Depending on your car's options from the factory, you might need to have your car version coded to recognize the telephone, or it will not work. You can do this at any MB workshop or anywhere with access to MB's SDS system.  You can answer most questions by searching the internet, as there are many online forms and articles dedicated to Bluetooth integration in the early 2000s model Mercedes.  Once plugged in, all you need to do is hold down the (only) button for a few seconds until it starts flashing blue to enter pairing mode. Connect the puck with your Bluetooth-enabled device, and you're good to go. If your display says "Telephone Not Installed" once the puck is installed and paired, then all you'll need to do to get it working is to take your car to an MB workshop (or somewhere else with SDS capabilities) and have them use's an SDS to have the car's system coded for telephone. The item is in perfect functional condition and used cosmetically with minimal wear.
