Description

It is a good project, and due to personal problems, it will no longer be possible to finish. Only one problem is no paperwork. Includes couple things like a heater, stove, hood used but working, some paint for bathroom, roof vents(news) And maybe a couple more things I might have for it that I cant remember right know, but felt free to.ask All the roofing and siding are completely new. I'm just trying to have all that I just invest that is $2500 obo Just for moldings, roof, and siding. I spent $1600 Also, I have a refrigerator, AC, and a microwave new still in the box if you are interested but with extra cost.
