Open to offers. If you are interested in a video please reach out. Up for sale is a mid 70’s Peavey Classic 50 watt 2x12 speaker tube amp. Comparable in loudness to a 100 watt solid state amp. This amp has a solid state preamp, and a tube power amp section. Giving it that great transistor breakup when cranked on the channel volume, and tube breakup when cranked on the master volume. This amp is in great condition for its age, showing only slight wear in the tolex. It is a single owner amp, and I am only the second person to own it. The man who sold it to me said it was his father’s and that he bought it sometime in the 70’s, played it, then put it in storage. Overall a great amp with that powerful vintage tone. Similar in sound to a music man amp of the same era. Original speakers.
