Had a great experience at Ford of Kirkland! My Mother and I went in to look at and take home a new 2025 Explorer ST.  It was an easy deal on a great vehicle. It started with a friendly, helpful greeting from Ben, who made us feel welcome immediately. He gave a great presentation of the features and benefits of the Explorer ST we were interested in and confirmed we had picked the right vehicle.

We had a great time talking with the general manager, Rob. He made the deal happen without the tedious back and forth negotiations you usually expect.

When we got to the business office Roman was prepared for us and reconfirmed the numbers with us, went over the paperwork and presented us with all the options we had to protect our new car, very friendly and professional.

When we were done with the paperwork Ben had the vehicle cleaned, gassed up and ready for delivery. We were in and out quicker than we had hoped. Great job guys, thank you for a great car buying experience!

Thank you Hyundai of Kirkland and Vincent Hales for helping me with the purchase of new 2026 Hyundai Palisade. My sales team member Vincent was exceptional, calm, well mannered and patient. Vincent was very thorough when giving me the walkthrough of the vehicle. Despite being a completely new and refreshed model, Vincent was very knowledgeable and went in depth introducing the car. He worked hard to find my desired trim and color and was able to locate one. The price negotiation was fairly comfortable, though I didn’t get too much concessions, i was to adjust some of the dealer offered services. The finance process was equally smooth and Zack Jones from finance was able to expedite the process to meet my time constraint. During the same time Vincent helped setup. After the car sales was done, Vincent was able to make it a fun surprise for my family by decorating.

Altogether a great experience and a happy new car purchase.
