I want to gratefully thank and acknowledge Ali who worked with me in a smooth and effortless purchase of my new Lexus RX350h! He was an excellent communicator, polite, kind, clear, and accommodating through every step of my visit! -Ray Yousefzai- top notch salesman! I started talking to Ray back on July/2025. I express my desire to purchase a new GX 550 Luxury trim. These vehicles are pretty hot, hard to get and fiddling the one trim with exact description is not easy. I asked Ray 3 things- Eminent white pearl, saddle tan interior and a Mark Levinson sound system. Ray stayed in touch with me and he was always confident that he was going to get me the car i wanted. During this period, I was also talking to other two salesmen from two different dealers. One thing that always stood out was that the other salesman would always tell me “that’s a hard one to get” “give me a second choice “. Ray in the other hand was always determined to get what his customer requested. That speaks very highly on my book. He never gave up and one day, with a smile on his face he called telling me.. “I got your car! I’m just finalizing some details but I got it”!  Ray I truly appreciate you and you have created a lifetime customer relationship. I can’t thank you enough and Lexus of Concord is lucky to have an employee of your caliber.

EDIT: updating this to 4 stars because Lexus of Concord eventually reached out and made things right. We’re grateful they took responsibility and covered the cost of repairs. It’s clear they ultimately cared about correcting the situation.

While unfortunate that this issue happened in the first place, we genuinely appreciate the resolution and their willingness to stand by their sale. It says a lot about a dealership that takes customer safety seriously.

I was sold a FAULTY and UNSAFE vehicle by Lexus of Concord.

This has been a frustrating and stressful experience. I would not recommend buying from here unless they take responsibility and make it right.

I bought a used 2019 Mazda CX-5. They claimed it had been fully serviced. But just after driving home, parking brake warnings appeared. My local Mazda dealership confirmed the brakes had been improperly serviced. Lexus of Concord’s team failed to put the car into maintenance mode, damaging both parking brake actuators and a caliper.

Due to the faulty actuators, the parking brake could have activated while driving. This could’ve caused a serious accident on the freeway.

Repairs are over $1,900, and so far the dealership has been unresponsive. Do they not inspect vehicles before selling them? Have they never worked with electronic parking brakes before? Do they not care about their customers’ safety?

We’re still waiting for them to take accountability.

Wesley and the entire team at Lexus of Concord were nothing short of AMAZING.
